Objective of the exhibition in 2011: enhancing the role and professional significance of Hortus Hungaricus in the Central and Eastern European region as well as raising it to a higher level.
Hortus Hungaricus is the professional meeting where the whole spectrum of this field is present and the domestic and foreign representatives of this trade and the public can be invited.We further increase the size and raise the professional level of the exhibition therefore the potential customers located in a circle with a radius of 1000 kilometers will be invited this year to the event.

Hungarian Garden Designing Competition is the catwalk of garden designing.The aim of the contest is to provide opportunity for the people from Central Europe studying or working in garden design and garden architecture to compete professionally as well as to offer a widely interesting attraction which is appealing for numerous companies and also visitors of gardening interest.
The national competition of kindergardens “Our Tiny Garden” will be organized again after the great cucces of last year's edition at the Hortus Hungaricus 2010 International Horticultural Exhibition and Trade Fair this year.
Each kindergarten is expected to create a tiny garden of plants in a nice big planting bowl presented by our sponsor Tibor Érczes garden plastic manufacturer.There are no other restrictions, kids can freely use their fantasy while planting the garden.
